Tessa Douglas (she/her) is a Theater-Inspired Strategist from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania—better known as Steeler Nation. 

Tessa is currently an MBA candidate at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. She has taken several leadership roles within the community.

Prior to business school, Tessa worked in arts administration and audience experience, most recently serving as an Audience Services Supervisor at the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) in New York City. She brings a background in theater and live entertainment to her work, combining storytelling, operations, and strategy to build meaningful experiences for audiences and communities.

Tessa is passionate about championing inclusive spaces where connection, representation, and operational excellence come together to create thriving communities.
